We’re busy planting and preparing to deliver farm fresh certified organic vegetables to you. Our planned lineup will again vary by season, but will include all the goodies – squash, beans, tomatoes, carrots, cukes, eggplant, broccoli, okra, field peas, cauliflower, and greens, such as kale and mustards, and salad greens, such as arugula, leaf lettuce, and spinach. We will also have fruit, including strawberries, blueberries, grapes, figs, and delicious apples from the mountains. And in season, we’ll have our own winter squashes, pumpkins, melons and flowers. If you have a special request, let us know, and we’ll see if we can work it in.

We will also offer add-ons of perishable items (e.g. dairy products, eggs, and fresh baked goods) to your weekly CSA.  Notifications of the availability of these add-ons will take place via our weekly newsletter.  When you read about something that you’d like added to your CSA delivery,  email us, or call us at the Farm Store (843-887-3500) to have them added to your CSA delivery.

We thank you for supporting the farm that supports Adaptive Gardens of the Lowcountry. We are proud partners with this Coastal Community Foundation Project on Thornhill Farm, which supports adaptive vocational opportunities, by providing training and employment for adaptive learners. We work in a socially responsible manner, and we hope you will let us make your meals more meaningful!
Our CSA is available in two ways:

• Full Year – With this selection, you have a year’s subscription, which includes all remaining 6-week sessions (Large -$675 or Medium -$515)
• 6-week Session – With this selection, you have a subscription to our next 6-week session (Large-$150/session or Medium-$115/session). Our 2010 session, “early summer”, is SOLD OUT, but we’re now taking subscriptions for “late summer” starting in July. Sessions run throughout the year with a short break between each session.

Note: The Large size feeds 4 to 5, and the The Medium size feeds 2 to 3.

With either combination of choices, you will receive delicious Organic Produce from the farm, with planned starts on the following dates in 2010:
